A more elegant and cooler blend is comprised of red and blue pinot fruit, earth and a pretty plethora of floral elements. There is both good verve and delineation to the delicious middle weight flavors that are a combination of finesse and refinement while displaying fine length on the reasonably well-balanced finale as the only nit is a hint of warmth. Lovely.
Right next door to Aux Cheusots but totally different. 80% whole bunch. Fine deep purple. The fruit has a perfectly judged ripeness, fuller than Cheseaux, with the same fresh acidity behind, a touch of bandaid, good depth and length.
