Decanter: This mid-slope parcel covering less than one hectare was planted in 1960 in Oger. It produces wines that are full and generous, as evidenced by its aromas of butter and pastry, but there are also scents of spices and ripe white fruit. On the palate, it is round, suave, even mouthfilling, before leaving a more mineral-infused and taut impression on the finish that reveals as well notes of menthol and fresh fruit. Disgorged: December 2020. Dosage: 2.5 g/L.
Richly spiced, with ground anise, clove, ginger and cardamom, this offers a lively bead, fresh acidity and flavors of quince, honey, pastry dough and golden raisin. Offers a soft, creamy finish.
