Fresh and juicy white fruit but also candied citrus along with notes of menthol dominate the bouquet. After airing, chalky overtones come to the fore. On the palate, there is an impression of limestone-rich density and power propelled by racy acidity. A long finish provides a final flourish to this superb, classy Champagne.
