Franck Bonville’s 2016 Pur Mesnil Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is showing brilliantly, with aromas of crushed stones, orchard fruits, almonds, baked bread and pastry, followed by a medium to full-bodied, broad and rich palate with a long, ethereal and gourmand finish enhanced by a beautiful bitterness and mineral aftertaste.
