The 2010 Saumur Brezé has a lovely clear, pure and complex bouquet exhibiting almost exploding tropical fruit flavors along with quince, honey, ripe and potted pears, ginger, green grape berries and a spicy touch of oak. Full-bodied, very intense and mouth-filling but also very clear, vibrant, straightforward and refreshing, this persistently salty, delicately racy and piquant Chenin finishes with a gentle touch of oak and reveals a great aging potential.
