his gentle giant creeps up on you very slowly, but the minerality is off the scale, and when it hits you hold on to your hat. Delicate white-peach, pink-grapefruit and summer-meadow character. Long and intense salty finish with a touch of green apple right at the back that lifts it beautifully.
