I love the aromas of bark, mushrooms and wet earth with dark fruit. Turns to ink and black olives. Full-bodied with chewy and intense tannins, yet there’s real polish and length to this. Still tight, but starting to come through. Blend of 100 parcels of old vines with an average age of 50 years, some as old as 120 years.
