Taken from cuves, the 2013 Chablis has an intense lime and Granny Smith apple nose that is pointed and well-defined. The palate is crisp and taut with light grassy notes, a silver thread of acidity and a prickle of lemongrass on the clinical finish. This should be a decent Chablis after bottling.
