The 2014 Meursault Villages, from the northern part of the appellation, has a tightly wound bouquet with orange blossom and citrus scents, just a touch of grilled walnut in the background. The palate is well balanced, rounded in the mouth with a touch of spice and plenty of hazelnut towards the finish. This is a well crafted white from a domaine one associates with red Burgundy.
