Reasonably subtle though easily perceptible wood sets off the very pretty Puligny-like nose of acacia blossom, white orchard fruit, especially pear, along with discreet spice and citrus zest nuances. There is good density to the appealingly textured medium-bodied flavors that flash both good depth and persistence on the balanced and lingering finish. This is presently quite backward and compact and in need of at least a few years first. A fine villages.
