Javillier indicated that this had been bottled only one week before my visit and not surprisingly there was some unabsorbed sulfur on the mildly exotic mix of white peach, lychee and white flower scents. There is exceptionally good richness to the lavishly textured and generous broad-shouldered flavors that are quite powerful while delivering fine length on the saturating if slightly warm finish. This is a rather open knit example of the vineyard that is delicious though I wouldn't describe it as classic.
