The 2015 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuesselottes showed a similar reduction on the nose as the Les Cras when I tasted it from barrel. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannin on the entry, moderate depth but feels rather static towards the finish. I would be looking for more depth and complexity once this is in bottle. I found myself more impressed by some of the top-perfuming village crus. Let's see how this turns out.
Dusty, dark-fruited. Definite oak notes giving a savoury rather than a sweet quality. Then sweeter and more oaky on the palate. All closed and a little bit tough on the finish. Needs lots of time.
