The 2018 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Murgers des Dents de Chien has turned out beautifully, unfurling in the glass with scents of crisp Anjou pear, pastry cream, white flowers, green apple and toasted almonds. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's bright and fleshy, with fine depth at the core and a mineral finish.
