An elegant style, with perfumed aromas of lime blossom and vanilla. The oak is well-integrated, while a citrus and herb flower theme entices the palate. It's balanced and long, with a smoke and mineral aftertaste.
The weight of Perrières is not desperately obvious on the nose. Tingly, nerveux, quite exciting and lively. Tense, tingly. Something very interesting. All on the finish... (JR)
A strikingly elegant nose of white flower, pear and hints of wood spice and acacia blossom is framed by a delicate touch of toast that merges into rich, detailed and gorgeously intense flavors that brim with energy and a pungent minerality. This is like rolling rocks around in your mouth and will require several years to really come into its own. Terrific potential here.
