Organically certified wine and a monopole vineyard.
Dark in hue but translucent. Super-inviting aroma of pure, not-too-sweet, dark-red fruits with a delicate floral note. Refined, almost chalky tannins suffused with pure fruit. This is lovely: ripe yet fresh, elegant and still juicy to a long fragrant finish. I could drink this now though it has the harmony to age well. (JH)
Full bright red, with significant depth of flavour. A wealth of fruit on the palate, a little lick of acidity, tannins entirely folded in. Quite a modern wine, perhaps masking its nobility at the moment, but with persistence. Plenty to be going on with.
